Shelby Gore and Susie Wilson have been on the OUTS for the last six and a half months. When the parties ended Susie got mad at her former Best Friend and she plans to get even. High School is a rough time to live through, and Susie has every teenager in the entire high school on her side. A few teachers are not very happy, their inappropriate relationships have ended. This Shelby Gore needs to be taught a lesson.
How could two teenage girls get by wearing clothes like these dresses to school? Shelby wants to be noticed, Susie has to keep-up with the blonde she can’t stand, and people do talk about these two.
No one had thought about how or who is paying for the drinks and food being served to one hundred teenagers weekly, or the other expenses involved in keeping everyone SAFE. Not one problem has ever occurred, no drugs or alcohol allowed, and no girls getting pregnant.
The two girls started the parties actually when they were only nine and ten years old. Susie was going to drive-in movies with high school boys old enough to drive. Both girls looked far beyond their young ages and Shelby had the only 12-person hot-tub/spa in Cedarville. Add to this a very large PRIVATE back yard where teenagers can get alone.
Not just that but the hot-tub is contained in a screened-in porch with bad-weather curtains and an outside propane fireplace. Now, Shelby is sixteen and a sophomore while Susie is seventeen and a senior. Both girls are cheerleaders, Susie wants to have her former best friend’s dad be fired from his job at the local steel plant. Susie wants the whole damn family run out of Cedarville.
Susie’s dad is the president of Cedarville State Bank, which she thinks this makes her special. Thursday after school, four guys try to kidnap Shelby on her way home. That didn’t work out, next day the cute young blonde comes to school dressed sexy as ever, wearing a five carat plus diamond and emerald ring.
That afternoon Susie gets a call from her dad at the bank, his job maybe gone? There is more than just the ring on Shelby’s left hand. The Gore family have today moved to The Hill with Shelby’s dad’s new promotion.
